TUBE AND MOULDING CURVING
Latest machinery for tube curving up to 160 mm.
LASER CUT TUBES
New plants with innovative features ensure maximum precision and speed in the laser cut tubes and sheets.
ROBOT WELDING
Several robotic welding stations TIG-MIG with pulsed arc welding with a 5 and 6 shaft robot enslaved by rotating tilting orbital positioning devices and a 2 station horizontal rotating device.
SWARF REMOVAL
GM Meccanica performs various processes using light alloys swarf removal with CNC 5-axis milling machine with work sectors up to 6m linear for a width of 0.6m linear.
POWDER COATING
Services of material finishing including powder coating of metal and ferrous material. The pieces are subjected to a strict quality control before being placed on the machine and after processing.
METAL SHEET WORK
Precise machining of metal sheets of different thickness from cutting to bending, but also can be made even more special interventions such as slots, holes or notches.
SURFACE TREATMENTS
GM Meccanica will act as manager of the order relieving the client from any task: just deliver the project and GM Meccanica will deliver the finished product as requested.
BLASTING
GM Meccanica also performs surface and finishing treatments as blasting with automatic and manual blasting machines delivering to the client a high quality finished product.
ASSEMBLY
We also make slanted cuts, holes, slots and other interlocking figures.
